School is out for the summer, and I don't know if you are like me, but I rack my brain around what to do with my kids.  Summer camp can be really expensive don't you agree? Well have no fear, the Cincinnati Public Library is here!!! The Cincinnati Public Library will hold weeklong Steam camps, as well as mini camps. There's also a summer reading program where you win prizes just for READING, and it's totally FREE!!! Isn't that awesome-sauce?   Get your kids involved to have a super fantastic summer of fun yet educational experiences.  Click here for more info on the program

Another big issue that affects some families are meals. The communities are full of kids who need the lunch service that school provides, so when school is out, it makes it a little tough to eat. Look below for some of the surrounding library branches that will offer free lunch. I hope you find time to enjoy, and explore over the summer break! Until next time ....blessings!

SUMMER MEALS

Visit the Library for fun and food this summer! Meals and snacks are available at no cost at select Library locations to all children ages 18 and under. Meals and snacks will be served Monday through Friday from June 4 through August 3* at these locations:

The Summer Food Service Program is sponsored by the USDA and Ohio Department of Education. Meals are provided in partnership with UMC Food Ministry and Mt. Healthy City Schools.

*There will be no meals on Wednesday, July 4 due to the Fourth of July holiday.
